3 Age & Eligibility

To participate on CBC99, you must:

All deposits and withdrawals on CBC99 must be made using a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours

CBC99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for suspicious financial transactions until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed. This is part of our security policy to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

CBC99's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, and withdrawals will not be possible until those requirements are met.

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members once only
• A minimum wagering requirement of 10x applies to bonus usage
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited
• Bonus withdrawals are capped at a maximum of BDT 5,000

General Bonus Rules

6 Betting Rules

There are general rules that apply when placing bets on CBC99. These rules are the same for all players and are in place to ensure fair and transparent gameplay.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, cbc99 reserves the right to make the final decision
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining unfair advantage will result in permanent account suspension

• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet amount will be refunded

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CBC99. Violations will result in permanent account closure, and any funds on account may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Cheating or defrauding other players
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to CBC99's systems
• Operating an account in the name of a minor
• Opening an account with a false or fraudulent identity

8 Account Suspension and Closure

CBC99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to verify identity
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Due to legal obligations
• At the user's own request

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the cbc99 support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
